INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE;, <br />CASE OF OL' SKOOL BAR AND GRILL <br />By: Jo Thieling, City Clerk <br />Leslie Pavlak and Timothy Worm d/b /a 01', Skool Bar and Grill have properly applied for an on- <br />sale, Sunday and 2:00 a.m. intoxicating liquor license at 7550 Highway #10 NW, Ramsey. This <br />is the current site of 01' Skool Bar and Grill. This is not a request for a new business; it is the <br />sale /transfer of a current business. <br />On November 11, 2008, the City Council, upon staff recommendation, voted to continue the <br />public hearing to November 25, 2008, and authorized Police Chief Way to contract with the <br />Commissioner of Public Safety to perform a comprehensive background and financial <br />investigation for the proposed license for Leslie Pavlak and Timothy Worm d/b /a 01' Skool Bar <br />and Grill. As of the writing of this case, Chief Way had not received a report from the <br />Commissioner of Public Safety; so pending receipt of the report, this hearing may again be <br />continued.
