Furthermore, there are currently five vehicles stored outside on <br />the subject property that are directly related to the operation of the home occupation. City Code <br />does not specifically prohibit these proposed activities as it relates to home occupations, but does <br />state that proposals of this level be reviewed by the City Council. The Applicant would continue <br />to need to comply with noise and other applicable regulations. <br />City Code Section 9.11.04 states that a home occupation is permitted if the property is at least <br />three acres in size, said business is low intensity, and does not adversely o he <br />a a character od <br />the residential neighborhood.
