He stated <br />this is a generalized plan that came from the County and as it is designated in this plan, it has no <br />legal authority and does not impose any development restrictions on this parcel. He indicated the <br />City could create its own development guidelines /zoning ordinances that take this into account <br />and the designation is a very broad designation with generalized information that could at some <br />point be put into some very specific implementation ordinance. <br />Chairperson Nixt directed staff to give appropriate consideration to Mr. Hunt's comments. <br />—343— <br />
