He stated this is a generalized plan that came from the County and as it is designated in this plan, it has no legal authority and does not impose any development restrictions on this parcel. He indicated the City could create its own development guidelines /zoning ordinances that take this into account and the designation is a very broad designation with generalized information that could at some point be put into some very specific implementation ordinance.
