<br />Section 9.02 (DefInitions) <br /> <br />facilitate the generation of revenue. Chapter, private use niotor vehicles shall include operable vintage/classic cars and race cars. <br /> <br />Natural Area - An area that does not include noxious weeds that is purposely left <br />to grow in a natural state and contains vegetation that can maintain itself in a stable condition. <br /> <br />Natural Drainage System - All land surface areaS which by nature of their <br />contour configuration, collect, store and channel surface water runoff. <br /> <br />Natural Obstruction - Any rock, tree, gravel or analogous natural matter that is. <br />an obstruction and . has been located within a water body, watercourse, or wetland by a non <br />human cause. <br /> <br />Non-domestic Sewage (Process Waste Water) - Sewage discharges generated <br />from.such uses as.restaurants, laundromats, barber and beauty shops, car washes, and other types <br />of commercial or industrial establishments. . <br /> <br />Nonconforming Structure - A building or structure which is a nonconforming <br />use as defIned in this Section. <br /> <br />Nonconforming Use - A building, structure, premise, or use. which does not <br />comply or conform to the applicable conditions or provisions of this Chapter. <br /> <br />Nonconforming Use - Illegal- A building, structure, premise, or use which at <br />the time of its establislnTIent did not comply or conform with the applicable conditions or <br />provisions of the City Code which were in effect at such date, and which continues such <br />noncompliance and nonconformance with the present City Code. <br /> <br />Nonconforming Use - Legal- A building, structure, premise, or use which at the <br />time of its establishment was in compliance and conformance with the applicable conditions and <br />provisions of the City Code which were in effect at such.date, but which does not now comply or <br />. conform to conditions and provisions of the current City Code. <br /> <br />Normal High WaterMark - A continuous mark of reference at an elevation <br />'where land and water meet for some period of record; is' commonly that point where the natural <br />vegetation changes from predominantly aquatic to predominantly terrestrial. <br /> <br />Nursing Home, Rest Home or Convalescent Home - A building having <br />accommodations where care is provided for two or more invalids, infirmed, aged, convalescent, <br />or physically disabled persons that are not of the immediate family; but not including hospitals, <br />clinics, sanitariums or similar institutions. <br /> <br />18 <br />
