<br />Subsection 9.20.22 (B-2 Highway Business Dist~ct) Subd. 5 (Standards) <br /> <br />Setbacks from Residential <br />Districts: <br />. Structure setback <br />. Off":street parking, <br />driveways and Outside <br />sales and display areas <br />. Fuel pumps <br /> <br />35 feet <br /> <br />b. All exterior wall finishes on any building shall be: a) face brick; b) <br />stucco; c) glass; d) natural stone; e) specifically designed pre-cast concrete <br />units whose surfaces have been integrally treated with an applied <br />decorative material. or texture; f) factory fabricated panel materials if the <br />panel material is to be of those noted in a - e above; and g) other material <br />as may be approved by the Planning and Zoning Commission and Council. <br />. Combinations of such materials shall be permitted. <br /> <br />c. Vehicular access points shall be limited; shall create a minimum of <br />conflict Jith through traffic movements, and shall be subject to the <br />approval of the City Engineer. <br /> <br />.. .d.
