<br />Chairperson Nixt replied the applicant would be required to come back to the City for any future <br />building and explained that the applicant is removing the 50' x 30' structure currently on the <br />property. <br /> <br />Motion, by Chairperson Nixt, seconded by Commissioner VanScoy, to close the public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Nixt, Commissioners Van Scoy, Brauer, Hunt, and <br />Levine. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners Cleveland and Rogers. <br /> <br />The public hearing closed at 8:08 p.m. <br /> <br />Commission Business <br /> <br />Chairperson Nixt called the regular meeting of the Planning Commission back to order at 8:08 <br />p.m. <br /> <br />Motion by Chairperson Nixt, seconded by Commissioner Van Scoy, to recommend that City <br />Council adopt Findings of Fact relating to the applicant's request for an interim use permit. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Nixt, Commissioners Van Scoy, Brauer, Hunt, and <br />Levine. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners Cleveland and Rogers. <br /> <br />Motion by Chairperson Nixt, seconded by Commissioner Levine, to recommend that City <br />Council approve the applicant's request for an interim use permit based on the findings of fact <br />and declaring terms of same. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
