Associate Planner Gladhill stated that they were planning on making the changes by the end of next week. Councilmember Strommen reiterated that if this is sent out, she wants to make sure the communities get the information they need to. Associate Planner Gladhill suggested that it be brought back to the December 9, 2008 meeting. City Administrator Ulrich stated that they would like to get the 6-month clock running to meet the Met Council deadline. Councilmember Dehen stated that if there will be changes made from what is looked at tonight he would like them to be passed around so everyone can see them ahead of time and that they be clearly identified. Associate Planner Gladhill stated that staff will highlight anything that changes. Motion by Mayor Gamec, seconded by Councilmember Elvig, to direct staff to work with residents in 4 and 40 area that were present to make changes in their area to low density, that the area by Northfork be taken out of MUSA area, and the items in packet, as presented, be revised. Further Discussion:. Councilmember Elvig stated that he would like to see Councilmember Strommen's concerns addressed so this is packaged for easy reading and ready to be discussed on December 9, 2008. Motion carried. MAYOR, COUNCIL AND STAFF INPUT Open House Mayor Gamec noted that there is an Open House from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on December 9, 2008, for people that are leaving the City's employment.
