For property <br />of nominal income, this creates economic concern for the property owner. He realizes that to <br />extend improvements, the City can't wait for all properties to be developed, and he is not really <br />opposed to the project, but very concerned with economics. The property is presently for sale, but <br />he is sure this project will not increase the value $65,000 more. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Hardin and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to adjourn the public <br />hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
