CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted its regular meeting on Wednesday, March 13, 1991 at the <br />Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota 55303. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor James Gilbertson <br />Councilmember Sheila Beyer <br />Councilmember Richard Cich <br />Councilmember Glen Hardin <br />Councilmember Kenneth Peterson <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br />Acting City Administrator/Finance Officer Sandra Ashley Helling <br />Administrative Coordinator Penny Ott <br />Personnel Coordinator Kay McAloney <br />City Engineer Steven Jankowski <br />Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br />Police Chief Michael Auspos <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Gilbertson called the regular meeting of the Ramsey City Council to order at 7:35 p.m. and <br />led in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich requested the Mayor and City Councilmembers to meet with him directly <br />following tonight's regular Council meeting for a closed executive session Attorney/Client meeting <br />to discuss condemnation of a parcel. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to approve the agenda <br />as submitted and to also meet with the City Attorney for a closed executive session following the <br />adjournment of the regular meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Councilmembers Peterson, Beyer, Cich and <br />Hardin. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />Mrs. Helling stated the Councilmembers had received a revision to the proposed resolution <br />regarding the spring pet clinic (Item #5, Consent Agenda). <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Cich to approve the <br />following items on the consent agenda: <br /> <br />1) Approve license applications;. <br /> <br />City Council/March 13, 1991 <br /> Page 3 of 11 <br /> <br /> <br />
