The area covers about 1.2 miles
and the amount estimated to be assessed would be $120.00 per unk for 65 units. He added that the
roads in this project require major repairs.

CITIZEN INPUT

A resident asked if lots without houses built on them were assessed the same as a lot with a house
to which Mr. Jankowski answered yes.

John Johnson, 16800 St. Francis Boulevard N.W., Ramsey - stated that the letter he received
didn't include the frontage road on which he lived as part of what would be repaired. He stated it
is in bad need of repair.

Mr. Jankowski explained that it is a part of the State Trunk Highway; however, it will be included
in this project.

Mike MacLean, 16726 Sodium Street N.W., Ramsey - stated that his notice gave an estimated
amount of $262.00 and he asked if he was correct in assuming that it would be about $120.00 now
because of the 50% participation by the City. Mr. Jankowski replied he was correct. Mr.
MacLean stated he would also like to pay up front instead of having the assessment payments
spread out over three years of property taxes.

Mr. Jankowski explained that the amount could be paid within 30 days of the assessment hearing
and there would be no interest charged.

Public Hearing - #91-07/March 26, 1991
