Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Councilmembers Peterson Beyer and Hardin. <br />Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Cich. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Beyer and seconded by Councilmember Peterson to amend//40 to read <br />"No building permit for the site will be issued until 1) the southerly half of 142nd Avenue N.W. is <br />improved from Jaspar Street N.W. to 160' west of the N.E. comer of Lot 2, Block 1, Gateway <br />North Industrial Park; and 2) Cash or a Letter or Credit is deposited with the City in an amount <br />equal to 150% of the City Engineer's estimated cost of improving all of 142nd Street N.W. from <br />Jaspar Street N.W. to Limonite Street N.W. to City standards with the exception of bituminous <br />surface. No Certificate of Occupancy for occupancy of any building on the site will be issued until <br />142nd Avenue N.W. has been improved to City standards and accepted by the City except that <br />bituminous surface is not a requirement for a Certificate of Occupancy to be permitted. The Permit <br />Holder herein agrees to join in petitions for all such roadway improvements when such petitions <br />are presented". <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Councilmembers Beyer, Peterson and Hardin. <br />Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Cich. <br /> <br />The developer of Gateway North Industrial Park, Ralph Williams, was present and stated he is not <br />agreeing to doing any blacktopping. <br /> <br />Mr. Karst stated there would be some pretty heavy traffic on a Class V road. <br /> <br />It was agreed that #41 shall include the new language ". .... and herein agrees to join in a petition <br />for such improvements when such petitions are presented". <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to delete the words <br />"and storage" from #42. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Councilmembers Peterson, Beyer and Hardin. <br />Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Cich. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to amend #43 to read <br />"The crane may be operated at its full height but while being stored on the site shall not be stored at <br />a height greater than the height of the smoke stack on the principle structures on the site". <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Councilmembers Peterson and Beyer. Voting <br />No: CouncilmemberHardin. Absent: CouncilmemberCich. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to delete #52. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Councilmembers Peterson, Beyer and Hardin. <br />Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Cich. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Hardin and seconded by Councilmember Peterson to amend #55 to <br />read "Copies of all test results, pertinent correspondence from the Permit Holder or to the Permit <br />Holder from regulatory agencies and all documents, plans, or other reports which are required to <br />be supplied to the MPCA or Anoka county shall also be supplied concurrently to the City at no cost <br />to the City". <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Councilmembers Hardin, Peterson and Beyer. <br />Voting No: None.
