Absent: CouncilmemberPeterson. <br /> <br />Case #4: Request for Final Plat Approval of Hunters Ridge Planned Unit <br /> Development (P.U.D.) (aka Carr Addition); Case of Irv Carr <br /> <br />Ms. Frolik stated that Irv Cart is requesting final plat approval of Hunter's Ridge P.U.D. The plat <br />consists of approximately 200 acres located east of Autumn Heights and south of County Road <br />#83. The plat is proposed to be developed as a Planned Unit Development containing 75 rural <br />residential single family lots with an average density of one unit per 2.7 acres. Ms. Frolik stated <br />there is an amendment to #21 on the Development Agreement which is included for City Council's <br />review. <br /> <br />City Engineer Jankowski stated that because of some irregularities, he has appended his review <br />letter to the Development Agreement. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Hardin and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to adopt Resolution <br />g91-06-139 granting final plat approval to Hunter's Ridge contingent upon compliance with the <br />City Engineer's Review letter dated June 4, 1991 and making that letter an appendix to the <br />Development Agreement and noting the change to g21 of the Development Agreement. <br /> <br />Motion carded. Absent: CouncilmemberPeterson. <br /> <br />Case #5: <br /> <br />Adopt Ordinance Rezoning the Proposed Plat of Hunter's Ridge (aka <br />Carr Addition) from R-1 Rural Residential to Planned Unit <br />Development (PUD); Case of Irv Carr <br /> <br />Ms. Frolik stated that an ordinance to rezone the proposed plat of Hunter's Ridge (aka Can' <br />Addition) to Planned Unit Development was introduced in December, 1989. Formal adoption of <br />the rezoning ordinance had been held back in order that it could be acted upon coincidental with the <br />final plat approval of Hunter's Ridge. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cich and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to adopt Ordinance g91- <br />12 rezoning the proposed plat of Hunter's Ridge (aka Can' Addition) to Planned Unit <br />Development. <br /> <br />Motion carded. Absent: Councilmember Peterson. <br /> <br />Case #6: Review Terms of Conditional Use Permit Issued to Ramsey Auto <br /> Sales at 7205 Highway #10 N.W.; Case of Robert Wojcik <br /> <br />Ms. Frolik stated that in 1988, a conditional use permit had been issued to 7205 Highway #10 <br />N.W. On April 2, 1991, the Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed the terms of this CUP as <br />it relates to auto salvage activities. <br /> <br />Mr. Robert Wojcik, 7030 - 151st Avenue N.W. - stated they have ceased salvage activity since the <br />Planning and Zoning Commission meeting. He was not aware that what he was doing was in <br />violation of his CUP. He explained they were not selling untitled cars, they sell repairables. <br /> <br />Ms. Frolik commented there have been improvements on the property in the past three years and a <br />marked improvement since this issue came before the Planning and Zoning Commission.
