Mr. Goodrich explained that these places are excluded because the high risk sexual actions might, <br />but not necessarily, take place there. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Cich to table any further <br />action on the proposed ordinance relating to high-risk sexual conduct within the City until the July <br />23, 1991 meeti~ng. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Councilmembers Peterson, Cich, Beyer and <br />Peterson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case g9: <br /> <br />Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Allocation to Social <br />Service Agencies <br /> <br />Ms. Frolik stated that City Council had previously allocated $10,000 in 1990/1991 CDBG funds <br />for distribution to social service agencies. She suggested a subcommittee be appointed to review <br />the applications for these funds and make recommendations to the City Council. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cich and seconded by Mayor Gilbertson to appoint Councilmembers <br />Peterson and Hardin to the CDBG Subcommittee along with the Finance Officer and the Zoning <br />Administrator. <br /> <br />Motion carded. Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Councilmembers Cich, Beyer Hardin and <br />Peterson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #10: Status of Conditional Use Permits Issued in the City of Ramsey <br /> <br />Ms. Frolik reported on the status of the conditional use permits issued in the City. She stated there <br />is not a system in place for regular inspections of conditional use permits for compliance. She <br />mentioned that the Planning and Zoning Commission had indicated they would be willing to donate <br />time to review these conditional use permits. <br /> <br />City Council suggested she discuss this issue further with the Planning and Zoning Commission. <br /> <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL INPUT <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cich and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to adjourn the meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carded. Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Councilmembers Cich, Beyer, Hardin and <br />Peterson.
