Case #9: Adopt Ordinance Regarding Personnel Policy <br /> <br />Mr. Schroeder explained that this ordinance amending the Personnel Policy of the City Code was <br />introduced at the July 9, 1991 Council meeting. He added that there are a couple of text changes <br />used but they are not a substantive amendment and he feels Council should adopt the ordinance. <br />The changes being: 3.20.05 Compensation, Subdivision 1, (add to the end of the sentence).., or <br />for working hours beyond the normal work week without prior approval by the City Administrator <br />or designee; and 3.20.07, Subdivision 5 should not reference sick leave. <br /> <br />Motion by Councihnember Beyer and seconded by Councilmember Peterson to adopt Ordinance <br />#91-15 amending the Personnel Policy of the City Code. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Councilmembers Beyer, Peterson, Cich and <br />Hardin. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL INPUT <br /> <br />Councilmember Peterson announced that Thursday, July 25, 1991 at 2:00 is the ribbon cutting <br />ceremony for 153rd Avenue N.W. at 153rd and County Road #5. There will be refreshments <br />served at Ramsey Municipal Center following the ceremony and all are invited to attend. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Hardin and seconded by Councilmember Peterson to adjourn the <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Councilmembers Hardin, Peterson, Beyer and <br />Cich.
