CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted its regular meeting on Tuesday, August 13, 1991 at the <br />Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota 55303. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor James Gilbertson <br />Councilmember Sheila Beyer <br />Councilmember Richard Cich <br />Councilmember Glen Hardin <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator Ryan Schroeder <br />City Engineer Steve Jankowski <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br />Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />Members Absent: Councilmember Kenneth Peterson <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Gilbertson called the regular City Council meeting to order at 7:32 p.m. and led in the <br />Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />Councilmember Hardin called the Councilmembers attention to the fact that the amount that has to <br />be paid by the City along with the Capital Assistance Grant for the brush chipper is more than the <br />amount previously approved by the Budget Committee. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Beyer and seconded by Councilmember Hardin to amend Consent <br />Agenda Item//17 (Resolution #'s 91-08-178 - 179 - 180 - 181 - 182 - and 183) to read "... the <br />first installments to be payable on or before December 31, 1992...". It previously read May 15, <br />1992. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Councilmembers Beyer, Hardin, and Cich. <br />Voting No: None. Absent: CouncilmemberPeterson. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Hardin and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to approve the <br />following items on the Consent Agenda: <br /> <br />1) <br />2) <br /> <br />3) <br />4) <br />5) <br />6) <br /> <br />Approve license applications;. <br />Adopt Resolution #91-08-174 approving accounts payable transactions for the period July <br />15, 1991 through August 2, 1991;. <br />Receive Report of Pooled Cash Flows for period ending July 31, 1991;. <br />Receive General Fund Interim Financial Report as of July 31, 1991;. <br />Receive Landfill Tipping and Expendable Trust Funds Report year-to-date;. <br />Receive Landfill Abatement Report for first six months of 1991;. <br /> <br />City Council/August 13, 1991 <br /> Page 3 of 9 <br /> <br /> <br />
