Absent: CouncilmemberPeterson. <br /> <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: Request for a Revised Preliminary Plat for River Bluffs Planned Unit <br /> Development (P.U.D.); Case of Less Miller and Jack Miller, Juniper <br /> Ridge Partnership <br /> <br />Zoning Adminisn'ator Frolik stated that in December, 1989, City Council granted preliminary plat <br />approval of River Bluffs P.U.D. The plat consisted of 60 acres to be developed with 20 single <br />family rural residential lots.
