<br />"Motion by Councilmember Elvig, seconded by Councilmember Strommen, to continue the <br />Public Hearing regarding the Application for On-Sale Sunday and 2:00 a.m. Intoxicating Liquor <br />License; Case of 01' Skool Bar and Grill to Tuesday, January 13,2009. <br />Further Discussion: Councilmember Dehen asked if the delays were affecting 01' Skool Bar's <br />business. Police Chief Way stated that they are operating the business as normal and are trying <br />to sell the business to these two individuals. Councilmember Dehen asked if 01' Skool is <br />comfortable with the delay. Police Chief Way stated that he spoke with one of the owners <br />yesterday and informed them about the process. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, CouncilmembersElvig, Strommen, Dehen, Look, <br />and Olson. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Jeffrey. <br /> <br />Case #2: <br /> <br />Public Hearing and Request for Adoption of City of Ramsey 2009-2013 <br />Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec closed the regular portion of the City Council meeting at 7:34 p.m. in order to <br />conduct a public hearing. <br /> <br />Public Hearin2 <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the public hearing to order at 7:34 p.m. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Finance Officer Lund stated that the CIP is a document that is a long-term financial plan that <br />includes things like storm water, street projects and equipment. She stated that this document is <br />just a plan and each item will need to come before the Council for approval. She stated staff is <br />asking that the document be authorized, but reiterated that this does not authorize any project. <br /> <br />Citizen Input <br /> <br />There was none. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Elvig, seconded by Councilmember Strommen, to close the public <br />hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. V oting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Elvig, Strommen, Dehen, Jeffrey, <br />Look, and Olson. Voting No: None.
