Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to adopt Resolution <br />g91-08-202 setting the Proposed 1991, Payable 1992 Property Tax Levy. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Councilmembers Peterson, Beyer, Cich and <br />Hardin. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #6: Report from Personnel Committee <br /> <br />1) Probationary Review of Data Entry Clerk Karen Buntje;: <br /> <br />Mr. Schroeder reported that the Personnel Committee is recommending Ms. Buntje's probationary <br />period be passed and that she be escalated to 95% of her pay grade. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Cich to end Ms. Karen <br />Buntje's probationary period and raise her to 95% of her pay grade Level 1. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Councilmembers Peterson, Cich, Beyer and <br />Hardin. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />2) Part-time Status of Accountant Jennifer Swendsen;: <br /> <br />Mr. Schroeder reported that Jennifer Swendsen has requested to continue working at a part-time <br />level as opposed to full-time. The Personnel Committee is recommending Ms. Swendsen be <br />allowed to continue working 12 hours weeks until a staffing analysis of the Finance Office can be <br />completed. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Cich to allow Jennifer <br />Swendsen to continue working 12-hour weeks until the staffing analysis for the Finance Office is <br />completed. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Councilmembers Peterson, Cich, Beyer and <br />Hardin. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />3) City of Ramsey Employee Flexible Benefit Account Plan;: <br /> <br />Mr. Schroeder explained that the Personnel Committee looked positively at the Employee Flexible <br />Benefit Account Plan he presented to them and suggested City Staff be allowed to review it. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cich and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to present the Employee <br />Flexible Benefit Account Plan to City Staff for their review. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
