<br />Assistant Community Development Director Frolikstated that it would be no different than any <br />other single-family neighborhood, where people will submit plans to show that they can meet the <br />necessary setbacks. <br /> <br />Councilmember Elvig arrived at the meeting. <br /> <br />Councilmember Dehen stated that it could be possible that people choose the same builder for <br />the lots and would like to see dwelling specifications included that there needs to be alteration of <br />floor plans. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec reiterated that it is how the outside of the homes look that the City is interested in. <br /> <br />Community Development Director Miller suggested that there be specifications about the fa<;ade. <br /> <br />Assistant Community Development Director Frolik stated that this is already included in the <br />proposed covenant. <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich suggested some additional language be added to the resolution. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Olson, seconded by Councilmember Elvig, to adopt Resolution #08- <br />06-103 granting Final Plat approval to Ebony Woods in accordance with relevant City Codes, <br />contingent upon compliance with City Staff Review Letter dated June 6, 2008, revised June 13, <br />2008, and the Developer entering into a Development Agreement with the City, and the <br />recording of the executed covenants, conditions, restrictions and reservations, as presented to the <br />Council at its Special Meeting on June 17,2008. <br /> <br />Motion carried. V oting Yes: Mayor Gamec and Councilmembers Olson, Elvig, Dehen, Look <br />and Strommen. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Jeffrey. <br /> <br />MAYOR, COUNCIL AND STAFF INPUT <br /> <br />Public Works Director Olson stated that he wanted to share some good news about Ramsey <br />Town Center. He stated that he received an e-mail from the City's attorney in this matter, Tom <br />Bray. He stated that the e-mail stated that URS is requesting that the mechanics liens be <br />released. He read aloud a letter fromURS that was forwarded to him from Tom Bray. <br /> <br />Councilmember Dehen asked if there was any significant to the wording "without prejudice". <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich noted that because this is not a public meeting, there should not be too <br />much discussion on the issue. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Look, seconded by Councilmember Strommen, to adjourn the closed <br />session of the Special City Council meeting. <br /> <br />Special City Council Meeting /June 17,2008 <br />Page 3 of 4 <br />
