All exterior wall finishes on any building shall be: a) face brick b) stucco; c) <br />glass; d) natural stone; e) specifically designed pre -cast concrete units whose <br />surfaces have been integrally treated with an applied decorative material or <br />texture; f) vinyl, metal, wood siding or accents g) factory fabricated panel <br />materials if the panel material is to be of those noted in a - f above; and i <br />other material as may be approved by the Planning and Zoning Commission <br />and Council. Combinations of such materials shall be permitted. <br />
