<br />Chairperson McDilda advised that if needed, the Board could hold another special meeting <br />similar to this meeting next month. <br /> <br />Environmental Coordinator Anderson advised that there would need to be three business days <br />prior to a meeting date so that it could be posted for the public. <br /> <br />Board Member Sibilski questioned when Environmental Coordinator Anderson would take his <br />leave of absence. <br /> <br />Environmental Coordinator Anderson advised that he would begin his five-week leave on July <br />14th. <br /> <br />Chairperson McDilda questioned the date of the next Park and Recreation Board meeting. <br /> <br />Parks Supervisor Riverblood advised that the next meeting would be on July 10th. <br /> <br />Chairperson McDilda thought it would be beneficial for the Park and Recreation Board to also <br />hear this presentation and explained that it would be beneficial for the issu~ to have the support <br />of more than one Board. He questioned when the Planning and Zoning Commission holds their <br />next meeting. <br /> <br />Environmental Coordinator Anderson reported that they would also hold their next meeting on <br />July 10th. <br /> <br />Chairperson McDilda thought that the support of the Planning and Zoning Commission would be <br />beneficial as they also helped the EPB with the wetland buffer issue, which also had some <br />resistance against it. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Chairperson McDilda and seconded by Board Member Sibilski to adjourn the <br />meeting. <br /> <br />The meeting adjourned at 7:25 p.m. <br /> <br />Respectfully submitted, <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />Chris Anderson . <br />Environmental.
