Roadways <br /> <br />Open water . <br /> <br />Mixed use <br /> <br />9.10 <br /> <br />Lots or parcels of five acres or more used for agricultural purposes, including lands <br />enrolled in Agricultural Preserves and Green Acres, as well as iunprotectedi agricul- <br />tural uses. Includes sod and tree farms. <br /> <br />Land on which development is prohibited through ordinances or other legal means <br />for environmental protection, historic preservation, publidsemi-public use or other <br />public purposes. Does not mclude restrictive covenants, deed restrictions, or other <br />private development restrictions. . <br /> <br />Option 1 - Used by the Metropolitan Council <br />For major highways; include land.used for all controlled-access highways and all . <br />four-lane divided highways of 200 feet or wider and the right-of-way on both sides <br />of the highway. <br />Assign land used for other highways, streets, alleys and related easements to the <br />adjacent property use. . <br />Option 2 - Map all rights-of-way for existing highways, streets and alleys and docu- <br />ment the acreage. <br /> <br />Any public waters of the state as defined by Minn. Stat. 103G.005, Subd. 15 (the <br />states county-by-county inventory of lakes, rivers and other public waterways in the <br />public domain). <br /> <br />Areas with more than one land use ( either istackecl1 (e.g., multilevel with residen- <br />tial above and commercial below) or iintegratecl1 (e.g., planned unit developments <br />intentionally designed to integrate land uses).
