In addition to the sea1coats and overlays this year's program is proposed to also include a badly needed reconstruction of 1000 feet segment of Dysprosium Street between 140th A venue and 14211d Avenue. This would be constructed by recycling the pavement between existing curblines und using it as base matcriul.
