Voting No: None. <br /> <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: Series 1992A and 1992B Bond Issues <br /> <br />Finance Officer Helling stated that the City has financing pending for special assessments certified <br />in 1990 and 1991. In addition, the Wood Pond Projects will require a significant cash outflow <br />well in advance of special assessment certification in 1992. She stated that due to this and an <br />opportunity to save an estimated $34,171 by refunding a 1984 General Obligation Issue, Mr. Bob <br />Thistle is at the meeting to present his recommendations and answer any questions. <br /> <br />Mi'. Bob Thistle, Springsted Inc. presented the City's options. He explained the advantages of a <br />temporary bond and recommended the City provide for the issuance and sale of $1,525,000 <br />General Obligation Temporary Improvement Bonds and for the issuance and sale of $620,000 <br />General Obligation Improvement Bonds, Series 1992B. <br /> <br />City Council/December 17, 1991 <br /> Page 4 of 11 <br /> <br /> <br />
