Francis Boulevard NW Frontage Road. 2) Consider Modifications at TH 47 and 142nd Avenue - The City Council ratified the recommendation of the Public Works Committee and authorized a temporary closure be installed at 142nd Avenue between the Trunk Highway #47 Frontage Road and . Argon Street; and to place "no access to highway #47" signs on 143rd Avenue, 142nd Lane\ 1415t Avenue and 140th Avenue east of Dysprosium Street. 3) Consider Relocation of Crosswalk on Ramsey Boulevard North of 149tl1 Avenue - The City Council ratified the recOlmnendation of the Public Works Committee and authorized that Anoka County Highway Depaliment be contacted to request that they consider relocation of the existing crosswalk to the southerly side of 149tl1 Avenue at Ramsey Boulevard. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Olson, Dehen, Elvig, Jeffrey, Look, and Strommen. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Jeffrey.
