<br />g. No interior or e~erior business signs or displays shall be permitted ml.less <br />otherwise permitted in Section 9. 12 (Sig:ns) or Section 9.20 (Zoning Districts). <br /> <br />. h. The home occupation shall not generate excessive vehicular traffic <br />(customers, employees,. deliveries, etc.) in the residential neighborhood. <br />Excessive vehicular traffic for purposes of this section is defil1edas two <br />vehicle trips per hour per standard 8 hour business day or 16 vehicle trips <br />withiil a 24 hour period. An inctease at a rate of 25% is permitted if the <br />subject property has aCcesS from a County, State, orMSA Street. The total <br />traffic trips )?ermitted includes employees; customers, and deliveries. <br /> <br />i. The home occupation shall not constitute a fire hazard to neighboring <br />tesidences, or a nuisance to neighbors becau se of excessive trafflc, light glare, <br />noise, odors, vibration or other circu111stances, as determined by the Fire <br />Marshall or ZOlllng Administrator. <br /> <br />J. The home occupation shall not include operations relating to internal <br />combustion engines, body shops, aml11l.uiitioll nianufacturing, motor vehicle <br />repairs or Sale, or any other objectionable uses as deternuned by the Zoning <br />Admirustrator. <br /> <br />Supd. 2. Home <br />occupations that include one or more of the followil1g practices or operationall11ethodsshall <br />require a Home Occupation Perilut that is .subject to the review and approval of the ZOliiilg <br />Administrator. <br /> <br />a. . The home occupation employs persons that do not live in the dwelling unit on the <br />property. <br /> <br />1. The owner of a home occupationoil a parcel less thall three (3) acres in <br />size may employ a maximum of one (I) person that does not reside in the <br />dwelling mut on the property. The owner of a home occupation on a <br />parcel tbree (3) acres or greater in size mllY employ a nlaxhnum of three <br />(3) persons that do not reside in the dwelling unit on the ptoperty. <br /> <br />2. Off-street parking for the dwelling unit occupants and any non-resident <br />employees is provided in accordance with sub-section 9.11.08 Off-Street <br />Parking of this Code. <br /> <br />b. The home occupation involves operating methods that include transactioilS with <br />the public (Custoiliers, clients, consultants, subcontractor, etc.) 011 the site of the <br />home occupation. <br /> <br />19 <br />
