He expressed concern <br />regarding the focus ofthe~PB's work and questioned how the Council can direct this board to <br />meet the concerns expressed by the Council related to water conservation.. <br /> <br />Environmental Coordinator Anderson stated it was intended that the full EPB would meet with <br />the Council in work session to discuss this. He stated one of the thoughts that the EPB board has <br />had is to prepare an "Irrigation 101" type of handout that can be given to residents, which would <br />include information regarding ideal run times for irrigation, etc. He stated the EPB also hopes to <br />focus on educating the public through the . environmental expo and other channels and is looking <br />at various policies with respect to water conservation and topsoil regulations. <br /> <br />City Council!
