Goodrich, City Attorney <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The City Council entered into a Development Agreement in 2002 regarding Lot 1, Block 1, West <br />Ramsey Industrial Park. The property is now being sold. All requirements of the Development <br />Agreement have been complied with and the new buyer has requested that the City sign an <br />agreement to that effect.
