CITY agrees to execute the Certificate of Connection and Termination of <br />Agreement attached as Exhibit A to this Agreement within 30 days of <br />being presented with: a) a written request that the Certificate be executed; <br />and b) evidence that the Property has been connected to the City's <br />municipal sanitary sewer and water systems. <br /> <br />4. For as long as this Agreement is in effect, OWNER agrees that it shall be <br />binding upon OWNER'S successors and assigns, and agrees further to <br />inform future owners and/or developers of the Property ofthis Agreement. <br /> <br />5. This Agreement shall not take effect, and the Property shall not be <br />released from the Development Agreement, unless and until OWNER <br />completes its acquisition of the Property and records evidence of its <br />ownership ofthe Property and this Agreement in the Office ofthe Anoka <br />County Recorder. <br /> <br />6.
