<br />Case # 5 <br /> <br />RESCHEDULE MARCH EDA MEETING DATE <br /> <br />By: Sean M. Sullivan, Economic Development Coordinator <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The regular March EDA meeting is schedule to be held on March 12, 2009. The Economic <br />Development Coordinator will be out of the office from March 4 to March 13. This leaves a <br />number of options for the March meeting. These options include, rescheduling it for another <br />date in March, cancelling the March meeting, or holding the meeting as scheduled without Staff <br />support from the Economic Development Coordinator. I know the EDA had expressed interest <br />in having a joint meeting/work session with the City Council to discuss the EDA role in the <br />Town Center. March 24 might work out as great date to schedule the joint EDAlCity Council <br />work session meeting.
