Nothing New to report. <br /> <br />6590 141 st Avenue: Demolition is complete, and site has been grubbed and prepped for <br />development. Staff is negotiating with Production Design Products for an expansion and. <br />reconfiguration of its existing business but will entertain all other offers. <br /> <br />14105 Azurite Street: Construction is underway for a 12,000 S.F. manufacturing facility that will <br />be complete in early Spring. (Tag Machine)' <br /> <br />Miscellaneous <br /> <br />Buxton Study: Letters were sent out by Buxton notifying the retail matches that they are fits for <br />the City of Ramsey. The next step is for the City to contact them via letter and to set up a <br />meeting for the exchange of information. Staff will try to set up face to face meetings with the <br />retail matches at the ICSC in Las Vegas in May. <br /> <br />Town Center: The City continues to work with banks involved in the project. Staff has been in <br />negotiations with MinnWest Bank and will update if movement is made. The scheduled date for <br />the next foreclosure sale is March 13th. . . <br /> <br />37 <br />
