<br />Motion by Councilmember Jeffrey, seconded by Councilmember Wise, to end the closed portion <br />of the meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Ramsey and Councilmembers Jeffrey, Wise, Dehen, Look, <br />and McGlone. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Elvig. <br /> <br />The closed session ended at 6:02 p.m. <br /> <br />Case #2: <br /> <br />Discuss Attorney Fee Reimbursement Request by Winslow Holasek in the <br />District Court Action of City of Ramsey vs. Ramsey JR Partner, LLC et al; <br />District Court File #C801-63 <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich stated that this case is for reimbursement of attorney fees from JR <br />Partner, LLC, District Court File #C801-63. He noted that the Council is entitled to have a <br />closed meeting if they choose to on this matter. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Jeffrey, seconded by Councilmember Dehen to move into a closed <br />seSSIOn. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Winslow Holasek thanked the Council for the chance to speak and noted <br />that he had presented a letter to the Council on November 25, 2008 during the Citizen's Input <br />portion of the meeting. Councilmember Dehen noted that he might have questions for Mr. <br />Holasek after the closed session is completed. Mr. Holasek stated that he feels what they are <br />requesting is pretty straight forward, and would like the same treatment as Mr. Miller received <br />who was in a similar situation. He reviewed a bit of the history of the condemnation and its <br />discontinuation. He read a letter from his attorney dated March 29, 2001, stating that he was <br />representing him in this matter. He stated that the only thing he does not have documented is <br />their incidental costs for things such as copying. City Attorney Goodrich noted that he has <br />copies of all of this information. <br /> <br />Motion carried. V oting Yes: Mayor Ramsey and Councilmembers Jeffrey, Dehen, Look, <br />McGlone and Wise. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Elvig. <br /> <br />Mr. Holasek and his friend left the meeting. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Jeffrey, seconded by Councilmember Look, to end the closed session <br />of the meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Ramsey and Councilmembers Jeffrey, Look, Dehen, <br />McGlone and Wise. Voting No: None.
