Councilmember Dehen stated that he was bothered by the information received in the bills from
Mr. Holasek's attorney and noted that he feels they are sparse. He stated that one section talks
about a draft addendum for lead paint, and septic systems, which seem to be unrelated to the
eminent domain. He asked Mr. Holasek if there were other properties or work they were doing
that could have been included in the bills besides the eminent domain.

Mr. Holasek stated that he has not looked at these recently, but could ask his attorney what they
pertained to and find that out.

Councilmember Dehen stated that Mr. Neilson was Mr. Holasek's attorney at the closing and
asked ifthere was a discussion about the attorney's fees that were still out there. He stated that
he finds it strange that his attorney would not have stated that it needed to be taken care of at the
closing as well.

Mr. Holasek reviewed some of the background of his discussions with Jodi Ruehle from The
Tinklenberg Group and with his attorney regarding these outstanding attorney's fees.

MAYOR, COUNCIL AND STAFF INPUT

None

ADJOURNMENT

Motion by Councilmember Jeffrey, seconded by Councilmember McGlone, to adjourn the
Special City Council Meeting.

Motion carried.
