Recommendations: <br />Staff recommends the feasibility study be modified as follows: <br />1. Construct a 24 foot wide roadway located within a 50 foot right of way centered 18 feet <br />west of the common N/S property line between properties on the east and west sides of <br />Ute Street, except at 18043 Ute Street where the right of way shall be 33 feet east of the <br />street centerline. <br />2. Construct a cul de sac having a paved radius of 30 feet and a right of way radius of 40 <br />feet. <br />3. Finance the storm sewer easement acquisition costs through the storm sewer utility, and <br />the street right of way costs as the other street element cost with 50% of costs borne by <br />the property owners and 50% as a City cost. <br />Action: <br />Motion to recommend to City Council that staff be directed to modify the feasibility study as <br />follows: <br />1.
