Recommendations: Staff recommends the feasibility study be modified as follows: 1. Construct a 24 foot wide roadway located within a 50 foot right of way centered 18 feet west of the common N/S property line between properties on the east and west sides of Ute Street, except at 18043 Ute Street where the right of way shall be 33 feet east of the street centerline. 2. Construct a cul de sac having a paved radius of 30 feet and a right of way radius of 40 feet. 3. Finance the storm sewer easement acquisition costs through the storm sewer utility, and the street right of way costs as the other street element cost with 50% of costs borne by the property owners and 50% as a City cost. Action: Motion to recommend to City Council that staff be directed to modify the feasibility study as follows: 1.
