C.~~~ ~ l ~ <br />CONSIDER YOUTH FIRST USE OF WEST OFFICE SPACE AT 6701 HIGHWAY 10 NW <br />By: Heidi A. Nelson, Asst. City Administrator <br />Background: <br />Staff has received a request from Youth First Community of Promise to consider their use of the west <br />office space at 6701 Highway 10 NW for their youth programs. Currently, Youth First has a lease <br />agreement with the City for the use of the east office space at the site. The terms of their proposed use <br />of the space is detailed in their attached letter dated February 19, 2009. <br />The lease of the east office space to Youth First was first considered in late 2006. The council case <br />from December 12, 2006 is attached for Council information as well as the minutes from that <br />discussion. <br />Staff Recommendation: <br />Staff is seeking direction regarding extending the Youth First lease agreement to the west office space <br />at 6701 Highway 10 NW.
