HIMLE ® ' <br />BUDGET <br />Based on this proposed work plan, we would estimate Himle Horner fees and expenses as follows: <br />1. Market Audit $23,000 - $26,000 <br />2. Community Survey <br />- DRL (400inteiviews, 60 questions) $12,500 - $13,000 <br />- HHI $ 9,500 -- $11,000 <br />3. Implementation Plan $ 6,500 -- $ 8,000 <br />Misc. Expenses (mileage, printing, materials, etc.) $ 500 -- $ 750 <br />TOTAL: $52,000 -- $58,750 <br />BUDGET NOTES: <br />1. This project budget is an estimate based on our current understanding of the potential engagement and can be adjusted depending upon the <br />desired scope of services from HHI. Should the client require additional services that are outside of this proposed budget or a final budget, <br />those services will be billed according to our standard hourly rates. <br />2. These estimates assume Him/e Horner will travel to and participate in a total of three meetings/presentations at Ramsey City Hall offices. <br />Should the City require additional meetings and/or presentations, these meetings will be billed in addition to the project budget. <br />3. /f the City desires to reduce the cost of this project, we would likely recommend not proceeding with Step 2/Community Survey. While we <br />believe the survey would offer some very useful information and context for this project, deleting the survey would reduce the overall project <br />cost (Audit, Plan & Expenses) to $30, 000 -- $34, 750. <br />Page 4 of 11 <br />
