In Busin~ss and Industrial Zoning Districts, towers shall meet the setbacks <br />of the unclerlying zoning district with the exception of industrial zoning <br />di.stricts, where towers may encroach into the side or rear setback area; <br />provided that the side or rear property liIleabuts sl10ther nOll-residential <br />zoned ptoperty and the tower does not encroach upon any easements. When <br />adjacent to a resideiltial district, the to\\'er must meet the setback equal to <br />the height of the .towerplus. ten (10) feet or the setbacks of the underlying <br />zoning district, whichever is greater. <br /> <br />c. Towers constructed within the Tower Overlay and Public/Quasi-Public <br />Zoning Districts shall maintain a minimum setback equal to the height ofthe <br />tower plus 10 feet from any lot line. <br /> <br />d. Towers shall not be located between a principal structure and a public street, <br />with the following exceptions: . <br /> <br />1. In industrial zoning districts, towers may be placed within a side yard <br />abutting an internal industrial street. <br /> <br />2.. 011 sites adjacent to public streets on all sides, towers may be placed <br />within a side yard abutting a local street. <br /> <br />e. The setback shall be measured between the. base of the tower located nearest <br />the prope11y line and the actual property line. <br /> <br />f. A tower's setback may be reduced or its location in relation to a public <br />street varied, at the sole discretion of the City Council, to aUow the <br />illtegratiol1 of a tower into an existing or proposed structure such as a church <br />steeple, light standard, power line support device, or similar structure. <br /> <br />g.
