<br />In addition to providing all 29 applications, staff has provided, for your review and <br />consideration, interview questions that have been used in the past. At the March 3 Work <br />Session I will be asking for feedback regarding whether the City Council wishes to <br />modify the questions. <br /> <br />Also, in recent years, incumbents' attendance has been taken into consideration when <br />. making reappointments. Attendance records for the last four years have been included <br />for your review. <br /> <br />Privacy Considerations <br />Minnesota Statute 13.601, Subdivision 3, states that the following data about applicants <br />for appointment to a public body are public: name; city of residence; education and <br />training; employment history; volunteer work; awards and honors; and, prior government <br />service. <br /> <br />Please be mindful of this provision in state statutes and the fact that City <br />representatives are limited to sharing only public information about applicants for <br />boards and commissions. <br /> <br />Action Statement <br /> <br />Select up to five applicants to be interviewed by the full City Council for each vacancy. <br />Select interview date(s). <br />Provide direction regarding any modifications to the interview questions. <br /> <br />Reviewed by: . . ~ <br /> <br />City Administrator.~ ~ <br />, <br />CCWS: 3/3/09 <br />
