Ramsey's Transportation Plan states Anoka County has proposed locating a new <br />Mississippi River bridge at the location that was agreed upon by Ramsey and Dayton. <br />The plan also states MnjDOT has not yet agreed with. either the new river crossing or the"" <br />highway jurisdictional changes referenced in the Anoka County Plan. Th~" draft Hennepin" <br />County Transportation Systems Plan available DecE;mber 2008 states a new Missi~sippi <br />River "Crossing is a low priority based on regional agencies input such as MnDOT and <br />concerns expressed by the City of Dayton.
