This progrmll al- <br />lows residents and small business owners the oppOliunity to drop off a fire <br />extinguisher at the Fire Administration offices, located at City HalL 7550 <br />Sunwood Drive NW. Rml1sey, for servicing by a teclllliciml from ml outside <br />vender. Fire Administration hours are between 8:00 am mld 4:30 pm, Mon- <br />day through Friday. The city will loan out ml extinguisher while it is being <br />serviced. To loan ml extinguisher, a $50 deposit check (per extinguisher) <br />must be made payable to the city ofRmllsey. This deposit will not be cashed <br />mld will be returned to the customer, provided the lomler is returned in a <br />timely manner. <br />Fees for extingusher services are as follows: <br />Inspection Fee - $5.00. To ensure the unit is fully pressured and in <br />working order. <br />Recharge Fee - $20.00. To fully charge the unit, due to discharge or <br />a leak. <br />6 year Tear Down Fee - $20.00. When units become 6 years old, <br />the contents are emptied and the tmlk is internally inspected to check <br />for corrosion and cracks. Then the unit is recharged to normal oper- <br />ating pressure. <br />New Fire Extinguisher - $32.00.
