<br />Project Proposa16 <br /> <br />FUTURE CONCERNS <br /> <br />_ Areas of concern should this project come to fruition include the reciprocated level of <br /> <br /> <br />commitment from the City of Ramsey to ensure sanctity and preservation of the site. This <br /> <br /> <br />would include any future land developments (Le., traffic controls, alternate community <br /> <br /> <br />proposals, etc.) that would impede upon the gardens if established. <br /> <br /> <br />_ Should there be any acts of vandalism or mistreatment by the public to harm or destroy the <br /> <br />gardens in any manner, would the City offer restoration; just as if damages incurred at a city <br /> <br />park? Or, does the Adopt-a-SpotAgreement release the City from any such liability or <br /> <br /> <br />responsibility . <br /> <br />Naturally, if the City of Ramsey elected to participate in the goodwill sponsorship and ownership <br /> <br /> <br />of this project, collaborative funding and work efforts would be greatly appreciated; as this site <br /> <br />addition will serve and benefit the overall community and residents of Ramsey. <br />
