<br />Case #4: <br /> <br />Adopt Ordinance Amending Section 9.22.02, Subd. 2 Establishment of <br />Official Zoning Map <br /> <br />City Engineer Jankowski stated that this adds an acknowledgment to the floodplain zoning map, <br />which lowers the 100 year flood elevation north of Ermine Boulevard. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Wise, seconded by Councilmember Look, to adopt the ordinance <br />amending Section 9.22.02 subd, 2 of City Code by adding the acknowledgement of the CLOMR <br />letter dated September 25,2008 to the Official Zoning Map. / <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Councilmember Elvig asked how this can be communicated to <br />accommodate people's concern. City Engineer Jankowski stated that this removes one property <br />from the floodplain. He noted that FEMA is also contacted, so they can report that the house is <br />outside the floodplain and give an actual elevation. City Administrator Ulrich stated that <br />language should be added to the motion to waive the reading of the ordinance.
