Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption:. <br />RESOLUTION # <br />RESOLUTION ENDING THE PROBATIONARY PERIOD FOR <br />FIRE INSPECTOR <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Matt Kohner began working for the City as a Fire Inspector <br />September 8, 2008 and was subject to a six-month probationary period; and <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Kohner has successfully completed the required six-month <br />probationary period; and <br />WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee, at its March 24, 2009 meeting agreed <br />with staff s recommendation to end the probationary period for Matt Kohner, effective <br />March 8, 2009. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />The City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the <br />Personnel Committee to end the probationary period for Matt Kohner, effective <br />March 8, 2009. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember ,and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same:. <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the 24~' day of March 2009. <br />-110- <br />
