Buildings .proposed in any Flood Plain, Scenic Rivers, Environmental Protection, or Critical Rivers <br />Overlay Districts do not qualify for administrative site plan review. Administrative Site Plan does not <br />apply to the Town Center or any Residential Zoning District: Standard submittal information and <br />Development Permits are required for administrative site plan reviews. <br />Current City Code. states site plans shall show locations for two alternative septic sites where applicable, <br />.when standard practice requires the property owner to show one alternative septic sites. The Ordinance <br />amends this section to require only one alternative septic location. <br />SECTION 4.
