<br />RESOLUTION AWARDING IMPROVEMENT .PROJECT #OS-22, SUNFISH LAKE PARK
<br />AND TRAIL PROJECT
<br />WHEREAS, on January 9`~', 2009 the Ramsey City Council authorized the solicitaion of bids,
<br />and;
<br />WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for Improvement. Project 08-22, Sunfish
<br />Lake Park, bids were received on March 11, 2009, opened and tabulated according to law, and;
<br />WHEREAS, The following is a summary of the bids that were received:

<br />WHEREAS, the Engineers estimate was $400,000 and the lowest responsible bidder is
<br />American Liberty; Inc at $229,501.19 for the base bid and alternate items in totaling $41,106.65 for a
<br />total bid of $270,607.84.
