NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br />1) That the Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to enter into an <br />agreement with American Liberty Construction Inc., Improvement Project 08-22, Sunfish <br />Lake Park for. the base bid in the amount of $229,501.19 and alternates in the amount of <br />41,106.65, for a total of $270,607.84. and; <br />2) The funding. sources for this project are the Park Trust Fund $ 212,046.93 and Trail Fund <br />58,560.88, <br />3) That the City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders <br />the deposits made with their bids, and; <br />4) That any change order or contigency exceeding $5,000 per item shall receive City Council <br />approval. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember _ <br />,and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the- same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />whereupon said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />28~' day of October 2008. <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />Mayor <br />RESOLUTION #09-03-x:XX <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />-152- <br />
