Lake Boulevard, and the four lanes would only go beyond the railroad tracks. He stated that it <br />will be continued, but it will not be the City's responsibility. He stated that there has been <br />discussion with the County for the section between Sunfish Lake Boulevard and Dysprosium <br />Street. <br />Councilmember Look stated that the upgrade from Sunfish to Dysprosium is not part of this Joint <br />Powers Agreement. <br />Public Works Director Olson stated that the only thing included is the signal at Bunker Lake <br />Boulevard and Sunfish Lake Boulevard. <br />Motion by Councilmember Elvig, seconded by Councilmember Wise, to approve Amendment <br />No. 1 to Anoka County Contract No. 2005-0516A. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Ramsey, Councilmembers Elvig, Wise, Dehen, Jeffrey, <br />Look, and McGlone. Voting No: None. <br />Case #8: Consider Confirmation of Directions Given in Closed Session <br />City Attorney Goodrich stated that earlier this evening there was a closed meeting, but there <br />were some technical issues. He stated that these should be resolved shortly, so he would like the <br />Council to schedule a special meeting at 7:00 on March 17`" to discuss the lawsuit and the issues <br />related to it. He stated that he is also recommending that this be cablecast. <br />Motion by Mayor Ramsey, seconded by Councilmember Elvig, to hold a Special City Council <br />meeting on Tuesday, March 17, 2009 at 7:00 p.m., which will be televised. <br />Further Discussion: Councilmember Jeffrey stated that he will be out of town and will not be <br />able to attend. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Ramsey and Councilmembers Elvig, Dehen, Jeffrey, Look, <br />McGlone and Wise. <br />City Attorney Goodrich noted that the meeting scheduled for this coming Thursday, regarding <br />this topic, will not be necessary and should be canceled <br />MAYOR, COUNCIL AND STAFF INPUT <br />Town Hall Meetings <br />Mayor Ramsey reminded residents about the Town Hall meetings he holds on the third Thursday <br />of the month at 7:00 p.m. in the Alexander Ramsey Room. <br />Snow Plowing <br />City Council /March 10, 2009 <br />Page 12 of 13 <br />
