8) In the event the Permittee, or its successors, or assigns, violates the terms of this Permit, said violation shall be grounds for revocation pursuant to Section 9.03.05 Subd.8 of the City Code. 9) In the event any part of this Permit is declared void or unenforceable by a court or competent jurisdiction, the other provisions shall not be affected but shall remain in full force and effect. 10) That all costs incurred by the City in administering and enforcing this Permit shall be the responsibility of the Permittee. 11) That this Permit shall automatically expire if the use is not initiated by April 28, 2010, and issuance of the city required Business Registration Certificate shall constitute initiation.
