APPROVAL OF PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION MEETING <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Terry to approve the Planning <br />and Zoning Commission meeting minutes with the following amendment: <br /> <br />October 16, 1990, Last paragraph, last sentence "... observe what Commissioner Terry <br />reported" as opposed to "... observe what Commissioner Deemer reported". <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Deemer, Terry, LaDue and <br />Thorud. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners Bawden and Hendi'iksen. <br /> <br />NOTE CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES <br /> <br />The City Council minutes were noted by the Planning and Zoning Commission. <br /> <br />COMMISSION BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1.: <br /> <br />Request for a Conditional Use Permit to Maintain a Commercial <br />Vehicle Larger than One Ton in a Residential District; Case of David <br />Pehlke <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Frolik explained that the Ramsey City Code states that no more than one <br />one-ton motor vehicle bearing a commercial license shall be parked or stored in a residential <br />district. Mr. David Pehlke is starting his own septic system pumping service and is seeking City <br />approval to store his two-ton pumper truck at his home. The subject property is one acre in size; <br />however, Mr. Pehlke also owns the adjacent parcels to the north and south for a total of <br />approximately three acres. Ms. Frolik asked that it be noted that she received no written or verbal <br />comments regarding this request to date and added that a findings of fact was included for the <br />Commission's review. <br /> <br />Commissioner Zimmerman proceeded to review the findings of facts. <br /> <br />Item #'s 1 through 9 remain as presented. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Terry and seconded by Commissioner Deemer that Item #10 shall read <br />"That the proposed use will not..." <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Terry, Deemer, LaDue and <br />Thorud. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners Bawden and Hendriksen. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Terry and seconded by Commissioner Deemer that Item #11 shall read <br />"That the proposed use will not..." <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Terry, Deemer, LaDue and <br />Thorud. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners Bawden and Hendriksen. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner LaDue that Item #12 shall read <br />"That the proposed use will be..." <br /> <br />Motion carried.
