Absent: Commissioners Bawden and Hendriksen. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Terry that Item #17 shall read <br />"That the proposed use will not..." <br /> <br />Further discussion: Commissioner Terry asked how it can be guaranteed there will be no fumes <br />from the parked vehicle and questioned if the wording should actually read "will not". <br />Commissioner Deemer stated it was his thought to put a condition in the permit that the truck <br />would be parked empty and in that case it "will not" create excessive odors. Mr. Pehlke added that <br />the truck would be hosed down and a manhole cover would be placed on top so the odor would be <br />sealed off. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
